Terms and conditions for gift voucher users.

1. The gift voucher entitles the holder to the package specified on the gift voucher, on the understanding that the contents of the package may vary from one affiliated restaurant to another. The restaurant itself determines which services/dishes/menu options are offered and at what price.

2. The gift voucher can be redeemed within the specified period after purchase on a day and at a time of your choice at the restaurant stated on the voucher. Under no circumstances and under no conditions can the consumer exchange the purchased gift voucher for cash.

3. The prices stated on the gift voucher are expressed in euros and only entitle the holder to the package stated on the voucher. No VAT is applicable to the voucher.

4. The gift voucher can be returned up to 14 days after purchase by the person who purchased the gift voucher. Once a choice has been made on the gift voucher for a particular affiliated restaurant, this cannot be changed, except in the case mentioned above.

5. The consumer must keep the gift voucher in a safe place. Under no circumstances can Tablebooker cvba be obliged to issue a duplicate of the purchased gift voucher.

Nor shall Tablebooker cvba be obliged to supply the consumer with a new gift voucher or to reimburse the costs of a lost/stolen/damaged or unauthorised gift voucher in any form whatsoever. In other words: the gift voucher can only be downloaded once, without exception. Expired vouchers cannot be refunded to the consumer/user. Even if a restaurant goes bankrupt or no longer cooperates with Tablebooker, Tablebooker cannot be held responsible for issuing a new gift voucher for that same restaurant or another restaurant.

6. In the event of force majeure, Tablebooker has the right, at its own discretion, to cancel the purchase of the gift voucher or to suspend the execution/exchange of the gift voucher, all without payment of compensation.

In the event of deception, fraud, forgery, swindling or other acts committed in bad faith, or suspicion of any of the aforementioned acts, Tablebooker has the right to cancel the purchase of the gift voucher or to suspend the execution of the gift voucher, without payment of compensation.
